1. What is the name of the holiday?
The name of the holiday is Yom Kippur.

2. When will the holiday be celebrated in 2011?
The holiday will be celebrated on Saturday, the 8th of October.

3. Who celebrates this holiday? (Countries, religious groups, ethnic groups)
This holiday is celebrated by the Jewish people.

4. Why is this holiday celebrated? What is the significance of this holiday?
This holiday was created so that people could have a day in which they atone the sins they committed that year, "Yom Kippur" means "Day of Atonement".

5. How is this holiday celebrated? Include any rituals, food, costumes, dance or music associated with this holiday.
Before the actual day of Yom Kippur people must right any wrongs that they've had that year. On the actual day there can be no work and celebrators must fast. Other restrictions include
washing and bathing, anointing one's body, wearing leather shoes and engaging in sexual relations.
